The Brief: Bar Promotional Video
As well as the Black Door’s calm, relaxed atmosphere, their speciality cocktails have been designed specifically for the Black Door alongside a range of recognisable classics expertly created by their bartenders. Or if beer is your bag, then you’re in for a treat. They have over 30 different varieties on draught, bottled and canned, including lagers, ciders and IPAs. They needed a promotional video that told their story through their menu and conveyed their brand with details. The trick was not to give too much away – the whole point of the video was to encourage people to go and have a look for themselves, after all.
As well as bringing their brand to life on their website, the video has been used extensively in organic and paid social media ads across Facebook and Instagram. It has captured peoples imaginations, generated conversations, and ultimately inspired people to book so they can see (and taste!) the bar for themselves. The video has proved to be an invaluable marketing tool for The Black Door.
